As Founder and CEO of Xavient, a global IT consulting and next-generation software services company, I am excited to join the TELUS International family.  

In my role as CEO since Xavient’s inception in 2002, I continue to serve as the company’s primary decision and policy maker, setting the tone for our company’s values, ethics and culture in order to create an exceptional employee experience to attract, develop and retain the best IT talent in the industry.

With headquarters in Simi Valley, California, our 1,800+ team members are located across the U.S. and India. Born in California, I also attended the University of Southern California and currently reside there with my wife and three children. I am also actively involved in several Silicon Valley and California-based companies in both advisory and board member roles, reflecting my 15+ years of experience in the IT industry.
