Carolyn J. Crews is the global lead for the TELUS International sales and marketing teams, focused on enabling the success of communications service providers as well as Fortune 100 technology companies. Carolyn’s global teams are dedicated to providing value as the trusted partner of choice by bringing together industry expertise, innovative solutions and superior customer experience.
Previous to joining TELUS International, Carolyn was Senior Vice-President of Sales Infrastructure at Dun & Bradstreet, leading the sales strategy and planning, systems, tools, solution pricing and proposals, solution architectures, sales development and training of a 1,500 member global sales organization. Carolyn also served as Cisco’s Chief Operating Officer of IBSG Innovations, and was the global lead for collaboration, innovation, and customer experience solutions, accelerated by Web 2.0 tools, methodologies and technology.
As Senior Vice-President of Global Account Management at TeleTech Holdings, Carolyn was responsible for its largest multinational customers and directed the application of 14,000 global resources. Under her leadership, both the largest crisis management implementation and single outsourcing migration to India were designed and implemented. Carolyn has a proven track record as an executive practitioner, successfully leading and running significant business transitions and organizations within Fortune 100 corporations, including Cisco, TeleTech Holdings and Telcordia Technologies (previously known as Bell Laboratories), Sprint Nextel and AT&T.
Carolyn holds an honors degree from Oxford University, UK, an MBA in finance and marketing from Rockhurst College, and a BA in History and Literature from William Jewell College. She is based in New Jersey, New York.
